HASKELL SLAUGHTER'S REYNOLDS TO SPEAK AT BANKRUPTCY SEMINAR

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - June 9, 2008  - Thomas E. Reynolds, an attorney with Haskell Slaughter Young & Rediker, LLC, will be a featured speaker at the at the National Business Institute seminar "Consumer Bankruptcy:  The Basics of Chapters 7 and 13 ", to be held July 27 at the Harbert Center in downtown Birmingham.  Mr. Reynolds will speak on "The Trustee's Viewpoint" and will serve as a panel member on "Tips from the Pros".

Tom Reynolds has concentrated in bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors' rights for more than 25 years. His practice has included the representation of creditors and debtors in proceedings under Chapter 7 and Chapter 11, as well as providing advice and representation in nonjudicial debt restructurings, business liquidations and other debtor-creditor matters.  Mr. Reynolds has also served as an examiner in bankruptcy cases and as a receiver in non-bankruptcy cases.
