HASKELL SLAUGHTER'S COHEN TO SPEAK ON "TAXATION OF DAMAGES"

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - February 19, 2009 - Ross N. Cohen, an attorney with Haskell Slaughter Young & Rediker, LLC, will present the Birmingham Bar Association (BBA) continuing legal education program "Taxation of Damages", to be held Friday, March 6, at the Birmingham Bar Center.   The program will provide a review of federal and state income tax treatment of damages recovered in lawsuits and settlements.
