HASKELL SLAUGHTER'S HORTON TO SPEAK AT HEALTHCARE EMERGING ISSUES CONFERENCE
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - February 5, 2009 - William W. Horton, an attorney with Haskell Slaughter Young & Rediker, LLC, will be a featured speaker for the American Bar Association (ABA) Health Law Section's 10th Annual Conference on Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law, to be held February 18 - 20 in Orlando, Florida. On February 18, Mr. Horton will be a panelist for "Fundamentals of Providing Healthcare: Regulation, Payment and Fraud and Abuse Considerations for Providers and Suppliers". In addition, on February 20, he will lead the professional responsibility session "‘To Whom Should I Be True?' Legal Ethics and Client Loyalty in a Changing World". The Emerging Issues Conference is the Health Law Section's flagship educational program, drawing healthcare lawyers and other professionals from around the country for cutting-edge presentations on the latest trends and developments facing healthcare organizations.
