AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION HEALTH LAW TELECONFERENCE
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - October 29, 2008 - William W. Horton, an attorney with Haskell Slaughter Young & Rediker, LLC, will serve as moderator of an American Bar Association (ABA) Health Law Section continuing education teleconference entitled "The Final 2009 Physician Fee Schedule: Are Revised Anti-Markup, IDTF, and Stark Gainsharing Rules in Store?", to be held November 12, 2008 from 11:00 - 12:30 Central Time. The teleconference, which will feature leading government and private-sector speakers, will analyze important new changes in the federal laws relating to Medicare billing for diagnostic testing, Medicare certification of Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities (IDTFs), and gainsharing arrangements under the Stark physician self-referral law.
