Theresa A. Tkacik
Theresa Tkacik represents clients in the wireless telecommunications industry, including wireless carriers, tower companies and other telecommunications-related businesses. Her work for telecommunications clients includes site acquisitions and dispositions, real estate and zoning matters, and regulatory and commercial matters.
Ms. Tkacik is active in a number of telecommunications industry associations. Prior to joining Haskell Slaughter, she maintained her own law practice for several years and also held a variety of real estate, leasing, zoning environmental and construction positions with BellSouth Mobility, Inc. and a telecommunications consulting company.
