Peter J. Tepley
Pete Tepley has a diversified civil litigation practice, with experience in a wide range of matters including class actions, securities fraud, broker-dealer matters and other complex litigation. His practice experience includes representation of both plaintiffs and defendants.
Mr. Tepley is admitted to practice in both Alabama and South Carolina, as well as all federal courts in those states and several federal appellate courts. After practicing with a Columbia, South Carolina law firm, he worked with the Southern Poverty Law Center from 1999 - 2001. Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Tepley spent nearly ten years in the computer software industry. Since 2010, Mr. Tepley has been listed in Alabama Super Lawyers.
