Paul Rothstein works with clients in a variety of corporate, securities and transactional matters.  He joined Haskell Slaughter in 2009 after graduation from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Mr. Rothstein received a Woodruff Law Scholarship from the University of Georgia School of Law after earning his undergraduate degree in International Business from the University of Georgia, where he was a National Merit Scholar and a UGA Charter Scholar.  During law school, he worked and studied in the People's Republic of China.
