
Page A. Poerschke
Page Poerschke represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including class actions and other complex civil litigation, securities fraud, products liability, commercial litigation, financial services litigation and broker-dealer matters. Ms. Poerschke has been appointed as a Deputy Attorney General to represent the State of Alabama in litigation involving companies who have violated the registration provision of the Sale of Checks Act. She also has a FINRA CRCP (Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional) designation and is a member of PIABA (Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.)
Ms. Poerschke served as Law Clerk to Associate Justice Terry L. Butts, Supreme Court of Alabama, in 1997 - 1998. She is active in community affairs, including serving as a Judge for the Alabama Center for Law and Civic Education Teen Court Project and volunteering with the Junior League of Birmingham.
