Michael B. Odom
Michael Odom represents land developers and builders in all phases of real estate development, from negotiating contracts to litigation. He also has extensive experience representing title insurers, and frequently represents landowners in eminent domain litigation. Mr. Odom's practice also encompasses land use and other real estate matters.
In addition to his real estate practice, Mr. Odom is active in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. He is registered on the Alabama State Court Mediation Roster and the Alabama Arbitrator Roster.
Mr. Odom is active in the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders. He is also a member of the Legal Action Network for Development Strategies (LANDS), a part of the National Assocation of Home Builders.
