
Leo Kayser III
Leo Kayser maintains a diversified business and litigation practice in New York City. His practice encompasses general corporate matters, commercial trial and appellate work, international transactions, securities law, media law and constitutional law. He has extensive experience with media clients, with a particular focus on clients in the broadcast journalism industry.
Mr. Kayser is active in civic and professional affairs, currently serving as a director of Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation, as a member of the New York League of Conservation Voters and as an Associate Fellow of Calhoun College at Yale University. He served as a director of the United Nations Development Corporation from 1995 - 2003.
