
Kimberly L. Hager
Kim Hager practices in the areas of capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, securities law, real estate and public finance. She has represented clients in the banking, healthcare, medical device and commercial real estate industries, among others, and has extensive experience in public company reporting and disclosure issues. Her practice experience includes substantial roles in a number of complex acquisition and development transactions in the healthcare, banking and telecommunications industries and in a major debt restructuring transaction for a public company in the healthcare industry. Ms. Hager has also been involved in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and she has significant experience in public company reporting obligations under the federal securities laws.
In addition to her corporate finance and transactional practice, Ms. Hager has worked extensively in real estate acquisition, development and leasing matters. Her work has also included the real estate and public finance aspects of public-private development projects.
