John M. Fraley
John Fraley has focused for three decades on the defense of civil litigation, practicing in state and federal courts throughout Alabama. His litigation practice has involved a broad variety of matters, including products liability, construction accidents, medical malpractice defense, nursing home defense, premises liability, motor carrier liability, bad faith and extra-contractual liability, third-party claims, fraud and insurance coverage issues. In addition, Mr. Fraley represents both plaintiffs and defendants in business and commercial disputes. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Insurance Law and in the 2008 and 2009 editions of Alabama Super Lawyers for Business Litigation.
Mr. Fraley is active in defense-related professional organizations, and is a frequent speaker at seminars on trial techniques and insurance law matters. He practiced with firms in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, Alabama before joining Haskell Slaughter in 2003.
