
Jagdesh B. Kirpalani
Bob Kirpalani's practice is focused on advising entrepreneurs and established businesses on matters relating to international business transactions and economic development, with a particular concentration on Indian companies doing business in the Southeast and domestic companies doing business in India and Asia. Mr. Kirpalani also represents businesses and individuals in immigration matters.
Mr. Kirpalani also has experience in criminal defense matters, and served as a special assistant to Circuit Judge Tommy Nail, 10th Judicial Circuit of Alabama (Criminal Division). In addition to his law practice, Mr. Kirpalani has extensive business experience in the publishing and retail industries. He currently serves as a member of the Lieutenant Governor's Energy Advisory Committee for the State of Alabama.
Mr. Kirpalani, a native of India, is fluent in Hindi, Tamil and Sindhi.
