Charles Price II
Chuck Price focuses his practice on general civil litigation. He joined the firm in 2005 after serving on the staff of the Alabama Securities Commission. Prior to that, he served as Law Clerk to Associate Justice Bernard Harwood, Supreme Court of Alabama, in 2003 - 2004. Currently, Chuck has served as legal counsel for the Public Safety Committee of the Alabama House of Representatives.
While still in law school, Mr. Price became a certified mediator for the State of Nebraska and was active in trial advocacy competitions and assisting other students with legal research and writing. He serves as Secretary for the Alabama Lawyers' Association and as Regional Director for the Board of Governors for Region XI of the National Bar Association. Mr. Price was recently selected to serve on the Alabama State Bar Future of the Profession Committee, and is a member of the 2012 class of the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum.
