
Ben M. Slaughter
Ben Slaughter works with clients in a variety of litigation and insurance law and tort litigation matters. He joined Haskell Slaughter after graduating cum laude from The University of Alabama School of Law, where he was Articles Editor and Member of the Managing Board of the Alabama Law Review.
Mr. Slaughter graduated cum laude from The University of Alabama with a B.S. in Environmental Science. After graduation, Mr. Slaughter spent five years working as a wildland firefighter for the U. S. Forest Service on the Lolo National Forest in Missoula, Montana. Following law school, he completed a federal clerkship with Senior U. S. District Judge William M. Acker, Jr., Northern District of Alabama, in August 2011.
Mr. Slaughter is currently a member of the Junior Board of the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, and volunteers for Project HELP at the Old Firehouse Shelter.
